Call Center Associate

Job Description:

S P Setia Berhad is seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a full-time member of our company, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires a high level of energy and drive to deliver results consistently.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer orders, sales leads, or customer feedback - Providing information about products or services and assisting customers in making purchasing decisions - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the system - Meeting daily call quotas and customer service targets - Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets - Energetic and driven personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong planning and time management skills to handle a high volume of calls efficiently - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and call center software - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus
