Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

S P Setia Berhad is seeking a motivated Call Center Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and is located in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns regarding products or services - Provide detailed information to customers about company offerings and promotions - Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management system - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer complaints and escalations - Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics - Adapt quickly to changing priorities and procedures - Demonstrate dedication and commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Dedicated to delivering high-quality customer service - Experience with strategic planning and negotiation techniques is a plus
