Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Sime Darby Berhad. This is a work-from-home opportunity based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of call center representatives to ensure excellent customer service and achieve key performance indicators.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and meet performance targets. 2. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members. 3. Train, coach, and mentor call center representatives to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 6. Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance customer experience. 7. Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for the call center team. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to implement in the call center operations.

Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Energetic and confident personality traits. 6. Strong negotiation skills and ability to work effectively in a team. 7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and call center software. 9. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
