Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and energetic Call Center Officer to join our team at S P Setia Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues. This is an associate-level position with an opportunity to grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers on their inquiries or to provide additional information as needed. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. 6. Provide support to other team members as needed. 7. Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle challenging situations. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Strategic planning and adaptability skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Must be reliable, energetic, and a team player.
