Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Perodua is currently seeking a passionate and adaptable Call Center Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates. 3. Provide information about products, services, and promotions. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 5. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. 6. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Meet or exceed call center metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 6. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. 7. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
