Penerangan Pekerjaan - Call Center Officer

Job Description:


As a Call Center Officer at MYEG Services Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls. Your main duties will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions and following up with customers when necessary.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or to provide additional information - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Document all customer interactions accurately in the system - Provide information on products and services offered by the company - Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong customer service skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Resourceful and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Strong analytical skills and ability to negotiate effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
