Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a reliable and motivated Call Center Officer to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Entry Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues - Providing information about products and services to customers - Handling customer complaints and resolving their issues effectively - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism - Strong problem-solving skills - Emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
