Job Description:
As a Call Center Officer working from home for Tenaga Nasional Berhad, your main responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide information on products and services, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers - Provide excellent customer service and support - Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow company procedures and guidelines when handling customer calls - Work collaboratively with team members to meet department goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center role - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong project management and planning skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home for remote work
