Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and resilient Call Center Representative to join our team at Telekom Malaysia Berhad. As a Work from Home Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Providing information about products and services - Processing orders, forms, and applications - Updating customer records in the database - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department - Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics - Working collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills - Strong time management and project management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a quiet workspace at home with a reliable internet connection
