Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad. As a remote call center specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls in a remote call center setting. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical support issues. 3. Provide accurate information about products and services offered by the company. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 5. Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company. 6. Utilize time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs. 7. Use creativity to find solutions to customer problems and improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Must be resourceful and driven to exceed customer expectations. 3. Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a remote setting. 4. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers. 5. Ability to problem-solve and think creatively to resolve customer issues. 6. Must be a team player and able to collaborate with colleagues effectively.
