Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and resourceful Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required but a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role is preferred. The Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through our chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner through the chat platform. 2. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 3. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Documenting customer interactions and feedback. 5. Collaborating with team members to improve chat support processes. 6. Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. 7. Assisting with other customer service tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and resourceful individual who can work independently. 2. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Basic project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Excellent written communication skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using chat support software and tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
