Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via chat, ensuring all inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. - Conduct research to provide accurate and relevant information to customers. - Manage customer relationships effectively, addressing any issues or concerns with professionalism and empathy. - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve support processes and customer experience.

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support role. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in using chat support tools and systems. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
