Job Description:
Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position requiring at least 6 years of experience, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing our chat support operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction - Monitor chat support queues to ensure timely responses and resolution of customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness - Analyze chat support data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to chat support agents - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management
Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in chat support or customer service management - Proven track record of successfully managing a team of chat support agents - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to think critically and strategically - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Confident and motivated personality - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
