Job Description:


We are looking for a Chat Support Manager to join our team at Sapura Energy Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of chat support agents to ensure high-quality customer service and support for our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and mentor a team of chat support agents to deliver exceptional customer service through chat channels. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze chat support performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Train new chat support agents on company policies, procedures, and best practices. 6. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support technology.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 5 years of experience in customer service or chat support, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. 3. Strong communication and leadership skills. 4. Resilient and motivated personality traits. 5. Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.
