S P Setia Berhad is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team and work from home in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns through online chat. - Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments. - Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with our website or online services. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. - Energetic personality with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. - Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
