Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

As a Chat Support Representative at Hartalega Holdings Berhad, located in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat platforms. This role requires a high level of independence, passion for helping customers, attention to detail, and strong decision-making skills. As an Associate Level position, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers through chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve any issues efficiently and effectively. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while multitasking and managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 3. Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately in the system. 4. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager for resolution. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. 8. Continuously seek feedback and ways to improve customer support processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer support through chat platforms. 2. Strong communication and writing skills. 3. Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly. 4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. 5. Passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service. 6. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in using chat support tools and software. 8. High school diploma required, associate degree preferred.
