Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple customer chats simultaneously - Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial resolutions with customers - Represent the company in a positive light through all interactions with customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service - Collaborate with team members and management to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate solutions effectively - Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools - Resilient attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Independent worker who can take initiative and problem-solve effectively - Soft skills in time management and negotiation are a plus
