Penerangan Pekerjaan - Chat Support Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and independent Chat Support Representative to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through chat platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via chat. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and answering questions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer inquiries and escalations.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong cooperation and emotional intelligence skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Knowledge of chat support software and tools. 6. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with tech products. 7. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
