Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services. This position is ideal for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have in a professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction with our services - Work closely with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services to clients and ensure timely completion of work - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients to increase revenue - Prepare and present reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels to management - Assist in developing strategies to improve client retention and increase customer loyalty - Handle any client complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and confident personality traits - Strong people management and time management skills - 1 year of experience in a client-facing role - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
