Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Sunway Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Relations Associate in George Town, Penang, MY. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with 1 year of experience who is looking to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and building strong relationships. 2. Provide support to the sales team by assisting with client inquiries, proposals, and ensuring timely follow-ups. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients. 4. Continuously analyze client feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies. 6. Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our client relations practices. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Confident and adaptable personality with strong interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations. 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
