Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Sime Darby Berhad is currently seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, on a full-time basis. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

As a Client Relations Associate, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. You will be the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving any issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Key responsibilities of the Client Relations Associate include: - Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records of client interactions - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and concerns - Monitoring client satisfaction and proactively addressing any potential issues - Providing regular reports and updates on client status and feedback to management
