Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Relations Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to provide assistance and support - Manage client accounts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services - Identify and address client issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and escalations - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to maintain positive relationships and gather feedback - Provide product information and recommendations to clients based on their needs - Assist with client onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition to our services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system

Requirements: - Confidence and independence in working remotely - Strong leadership skills and the ability to persuade others - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in customer service or client relations is a plus but not required - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
