Job Description:
As a Client Relations Manager at Petronas in George Town, Penang, MY, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns promptly and effectively - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget - Analyzing client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience - Providing regular updates and reports to clients on project progress, results, and recommendations for future initiatives - Actively seeking new business opportunities with existing clients and conducting regular client reviews to identify additional needs and upsell services - Supporting the sales team by participating in client meetings, presentations, and proposals to secure new business opportunities - Monitoring client satisfaction and retention rates, taking proactive steps to address any issues or concerns that may arise - Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the company's services - Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the management team
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Motivated and dedicated, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with exceptional time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Equal opportunity employer
