Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to join our team at S P Setia Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Your main goal will be to foster long-term relationships with clients to drive customer retention and promote loyalty.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations. 3. Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client feedback, satisfaction levels, and any potential issues or opportunities. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and promote additional products or services to existing clients. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to better anticipate and meet client needs and expectations.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a similar role. - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Experience with CRM software and tools. - Hardworking and resilient personality traits. - Persuasion and people management soft skills. - Equal opportunity employer.
