Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Manager at Hartalega Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. This position will allow you to work remotely from the comfort of your own home, providing you with the flexibility to manage your time effectively.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns or issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled and expectations are met - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Analyze client feedback and data to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities - Prepare and present reports on client performance and satisfaction to senior management

Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and driven personality - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to think innovatively and creatively to solve problems - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and remotely
