Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Client Relations Manager to join our team at Sime Darby Berhad. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and problems are resolved in a timely manner. This is a work-from-home position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on progress and results - Analyze client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the client experience - Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Resourceful and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Proficient in project management and research - Prior experience in a remote work environment is preferred
