Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Officer at AirAsia Group Berhad, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our valued clients. Your primary role will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and providing exceptional service. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate client requests and resolve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and interaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients. 5. Monitor client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance overall customer experience. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide proactive solutions to clients. 7. Prepare reports and analysis to track client engagement and satisfaction levels.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve under pressure. 4. High emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with client needs. 5. Resilient and reliable in handling challenging situations. 6. Prior experience in customer service or client relations is a plus but not required. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
