Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Track and report on client interactions and feedback to improve customer service and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Excellent communication skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure - Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
