Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. This is a full-time entry-level position, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication. 2. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about our products and services. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell to existing clients. 4. Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 5. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 6. Create reports and analyze data to track client engagement and satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights. 8. Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to enhance the client experience.

Requirements: 1. Independent and hardworking individual who can thrive in a remote work environment. 2. Strong negotiation skills and creativity to come up with innovative solutions for clients. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Experience using CRM software and other relevant tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
