Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Client Service Assistant to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where problem-solving and emotional intelligence are key skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date - Assist with client onboarding and offboarding processes - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and provide support as needed - Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients - Assist with administrative tasks to support the client service team

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in client service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus
