Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team at SIRIM Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a full-time Associate Level position with the requirement of at least 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and adaptable, with strong analytical and research skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote client service support to customers - Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product information, orders, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company products and services - Meet and exceed client service goals and objectives
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Strong dedication and adaptability - Excellent analytical and research skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Strong communication skills - Proficiency in computer applications and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
