As a Client Service Associate at Petronas, located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our clients. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address their needs and concerns. 2. Assist in resolving client issues and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. 3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional client service. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with various internal departments to improve overall client experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients. 7. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance client satisfaction. 8. Act as a brand ambassador for Petronas by representing the company in a positive light at all times.
Requirements: 1. A driven and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence. 3. Strong critical thinking abilities to assess and solve complex client problems. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. 7. Fluency in English and Malay is required.
