Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Client Service Associate to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level employee, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Managing client accounts and providing excellent customer service. 2. Analyzing client needs and developing customized solutions. 3. Handling client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner. 4. Providing support to the sales team in order to acquire new clients. 5. Managing relationships with key clients and ensuring their satisfaction. 6. Leading and coordinating client meetings and presentations. 7. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. 8. Assisting with market research and competitor analysis. 9. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication. 10. Supporting the development and implementation of client service strategies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data. 3. Excellent people management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 7. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. 8. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus. 9. Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
