Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Remote Client Service Officer to join our team at Dialog Group Berhad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our remote clients.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through remote communication channels such as phone, email, and video calls - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and any inquiries they may have - Resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Provide regular feedback to management on client needs and trends - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in remote client service

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client service or customer support role - Independent and hardworking with excellent time management skills - Strong teamwork and leadership skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity - Experience working with remote communication tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
