Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team at UEM Sunrise Berhad in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client service roles.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and company policies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Assist in the resolution of client complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions for reporting purposes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
