MISC Berhad is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Service Representative to work remotely from home. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email, and chat - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations - Prepare and deliver client presentations as needed
