Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be the main point of contact for clients, handling any inquiries or issues they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling all inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services - Provide support to clients throughout their journey with Malaysia Airlines Berhad, from booking to post-trip follow-up - Work closely with other departments to resolve any client issues or concerns - Keep accurate records of all client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Confident and energetic personality - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving work environment - Visa sponsorship available - Parental leave benefits - Remote work flexibility
