Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Service Specialist to join our team at S P Setia Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and courteous manner - Provide personalized support to clients, offering tailored solutions and recommendations to meet their individual needs - Collaborate with various departments within the company to coordinate and resolve client issues - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions for future reference - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive measures to enhance the overall client experience - Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and other industry-related activities to promote our services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client servicing or customer relations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong teamwork and leadership abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events
