Job Description:
As a Client Service Specialist at Westports Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Your main goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, in order to enhance their overall experience with our company.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests. 2. Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients through effective communication. 3. Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently. 4. Assist with onboarding new clients and providing them with necessary information and support. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless experience. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase client satisfaction. 7. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, addressing any issues that may arise. 8. Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. 4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. 5. High level of adaptability and resourcefulness.
