Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Service Specialist - Work from home

As a Client Service Specialist working from home for Berjaya Corporation Berhad, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support to our clients and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and building strong relationships to enhance their overall experience.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner - Provide accurate information and guidance on products or services - Resolve client issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met effectively - Maintain client records and update information as needed - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients - Assist with client onboarding and training as necessary - Continuously seek ways to improve customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Reliable and resilient, able to handle challenging situations with grace - Negotiation skills and adaptability to different client needs - Ability to work independently from a home office - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus
