Job Description:


Malaysia Airlines Berhad is seeking a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in the airline industry. The ideal candidate will be independent and confident, with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients, assisting with booking flights, managing reservations, and addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise. - Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all client interactions, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall client experience. - Stay up-to-date on airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients. - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing as needed.
