Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Client Support Officer to join our team at Axiata Group Berhad. As a Remote Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the assistance they need in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshooting client issues and resolving them efficiently. 3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure client satisfaction. 4. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client support. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4.
