Client Support Officer

Job Description: Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Support Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will also be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests promptly and professionally. 2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service. 3. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients and provide recommendations based on their needs. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, escalate complex problems when necessary, and ensure timely resolution. 5. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, providing feedback to management to improve overall service delivery. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, interactions, and preferences. 7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to anticipate client needs and provide strategic recommendations. 8. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or customer service roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. 7. Hardworking and reliable with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. 8. Strong strategic planning and cooperation skills.
