Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team at Media Prima Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, hardworking, possess strong strategic planning skills, and demonstrate a knack for innovation.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote customer support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction. 3. Develop and implement client support strategies to improve overall customer experience. 4. Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance services. 5. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. 6. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in client support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in client support or customer service. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
