Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


As a Client Support Representative at Petron Malaysia in George Town, Penang, you will play a key role in providing assistance to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers who reach out to us for assistance, and you will work diligently to ensure their needs are met to their satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and efficient manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products, services, and transactions. 3. Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Educate customers on products and services offered by Petron Malaysia. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through until resolution is achieved. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Reliable and confident personality traits. 7. Persuasion and cooperation soft skills. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 9. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
