Remote Client Support Representative

Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Remote Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the company's products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client issues effectively - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to clients - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients

Requirements: - Proven experience in a client support or customer service role, preferably in a remote setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and energetic personality traits - Adaptability and planning skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
