Job Description:


Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a dedicated and skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner 2. Managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction 3. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations 4. Conducting product demonstrations and training for clients as needed 5. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions 6. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services 7. Providing feedback to the product development team based on client needs and requests 8. Staying current on industry trends and best practices in client support


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or customer service 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and be resourceful in resolving client issues 5. Excellent planning and decision-making skills 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
