Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Support Specialist


Job Description:


Maxis Berhad is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshoot any issues or concerns they may have, and ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to client problems - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist with onboarding new clients and provide training and guidance as needed - Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients - Assist with special projects or initiatives as assigned by management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a related field - Independent and resourceful personality traits are a must - Strong cooperation and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
