Job Description:
As a Client Support Specialist at AirAsia Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This role requires a resourceful and passionate individual with strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise - Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client concerns - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify trends and issues to proactively improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the client support experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software
