Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

QSR Brands is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Support Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building strong relationships with clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide feedback on improving customer experience - Keep accurate records of client interactions and update client information in the database - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - People management skills to handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy - Reliable and dedicated team player with a positive attitude - Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
